  1. You will receive an instant email from Ashlee explaining these steps, be sure to check your spam to mark us as safe senders.

  2. Within 1 working day she will check Jack’s diary to confirm availability (if provided).

  3. If Jack is available Ashlee will either send you a link to Jack’s diary to arrange a complimentary consultation with him to talk through your plans for your event, or if you’d rather work via email Ashlee will send you an email asking for a few further details before preparing a quote for you.

  4. You’ll then receive access to what we call “the client portal”. This is where we store all communications, including emails, contracts, invoices and event information. This creates an easy and simple way to update your information too.

  5. After your call with Jack you will be able to see everything you’ve discussed with him in your portal, allowing you to easily select your package and sort out all the paperwork (without having to print a single thing!)

  6. With the paperwork out of the way, everything is booked in and ready to go. You can sit back and rest easy, safe in the knowledge that your event entertainment is sorted.
